Wilson 0, Akron 5

Olivia McClaine netted a hat-trick in her first outing.

Kenmore – City Honors 0, Roy-Hart 6 Cheyenne Stilwell kicked off the scoring for Roy-Hart at the 28:37 mark. Madison Brown (2), Amanda Hill, Jenna Gioeli and Abby Ander also scored. Miah Glena , Justine Laverty , Jenna Gioeli each had assists.

Hope Falzone made 22 saves for Kenmore-City Honors.

Barker 2, Medina 1

Rachel Hurtgam opened the scoring with an unassisted goal at 24:30 of 1st half. Layna Viloria assisted on Lacey Kenward’s goal for Medina to close out the first half.

Both teams would remain scoreless during the second half. Ciara Gregoire scored the winning goal for Barker on a redirection at 4:52 of OT (assisted by Lena Fazzolari).

West Seneca 0, Williamsville East 9 The Flames’ Laura Kaplan tallied five points (4 goals, 1 assist) in their first outing. Jenna Cavalieri and Courtney Maclay each contributed a goal and an assist. Maria Patti , Chelsea McNamara ,Erin Suh each scored for the Flames; Vanessa Willick had an assist.

Holland 1, Amherst 4 Emma Guzdek (assisted by Audrey Mazzara, Katherine Jacobia) kicked off the scoring for the Tigers.

Allison Thielman chipped in a pair of goals. Jill Martin also tallied two points (1 goal, 1 assist).

Eden 1, Williamsville North 7 Emma Roland tallied her first hat-trick of the season + 1 to kick off the year. Twin sister Erin led the team in points with 1 goal and 4 assists.

Maddy Flynn and Caitlin Wells also scored for Williamsville North.

Lydia Kobie (assisted by Sabrina Battleson) scored for Eden.

Lancaster 2, Pioneer 3

Senior Olivia Kempf started the season with a bang as she netted all three goals for Pioneer. Morgan McAfee added an assist and Olivia George turned away six shots in goal for the Panthers.

Lexi Odrobina scored a pair of goals for Lancaster with assists from Katelyn Rokitka and Aubrey Monk. Emma Rogacki had a defensive save for the Legends.

Starpoint 5, East Aurora 0

Lindsey Blount, Makenzie Weber, Faith Lunn, Rylee Stefanski and Nicole Bennett each scored for Starpoint. Kiersten Balko earned the shutout in goal.

Akron 11, Newfane 0

Madison Brege (4 goals) and Jenelle Kieffer each tallied a hat-trick for Akron.

Wilson 3, Kenmore – City Honors 2

Courtney Tully and Alannah Smith scored for Kenmore-City Honors with assists from Jessica Botham and Felicia Mitchel.

Medina 0, Roy-Hart 3

Miah Glena kicked off the scoring for Roy-Hart on a corner in the first half. Lexiss Diel (assisted by Amanda Hill, Abby Ander) and Madison Brown (assisted by Samantha Choate) also scored for the Rams.

Orchard Park 4, Nichols 0

Senior co-captain Karli Gregoire scored a hat-trick during OP’s opener. Grace Chojnacki had her first shut-out, making 8 saves. Both Gregoire and Chojnacki were named the “Water Bottle” player of the game.

Genevieve Arnold also scored for the Quakers.

Lancaster 1, Holland 0

Karley Callea scored the game-winning goal. Madison Tadusz had the shut out for Lancaster.

Orchard Park 3, West Seneca 0

Karli Gregoire added 2 more goals to her tally against West Seneca while Grace Chojnacki earned her 2nd shutout of the season with another 8-save performance.

Williamsville East 0, Clarence 1 Katelyn Scioli (unassisted) scored the lone goal for Clarence a little over 12 minutes into the game.

Hamburg 1, Eden 5 Lydia Kobie tallied a hat-trick for the Lady Raiders. Lily Sobczyk and Emma Cooper (+1 assist) also scored for Eden. Sabrina Battleson and Isabella Sgrio had assists.

Emily LoBello (assisted by Maeve Robillard) scored for Hamburg.

Sweet Home 0, Starpoint 1 Makenzie Weber (unassisted) scored the game-winning goal at the 26:35 mark of the 1st half. Kiersten Balko tallied her second shutout.

Iroquois 1, Williamsville North 3

Iroquois jumped out to a quick start courtesy of Jillian Quinn (assisted by Ava D’Amato) as she netted her first goal on the year less than a minute into the game.

Williamsville North’s  Emma Roland scored the equalizer at the 18:32 mark of the first half. North then came on strong in the second half scoring two goals off the stick of Erin Roland. Maddy Flynn had the assist on the game-winner.

East Aurora 0, Williamsville South 4

Williamsville South opened the season home vs East Aurora. Senior captain Sydney Doane set up Bryanna Dewey less than nine minutes into the game to put the first goal of the season on the board for the Billies. Bryanna Dewey continued to be aggressive on the pads and scored another goal about three minutes later.

Elisabeth Jackson tallied two goals for the billies. Ella Smithers had two saves in the goal for South.

Pioneer 1, Amherst 2

Bridget Galvin (assisted by Katherine Jacobia) kicked off the scoring a little over three minutes into the game. Pioneer’s Mykala Furman would score the equalizer at the 8:08 mark.

Jill Martin (assisted by Allison Thielman, Audrey Mazzara) scored the game-winner with 2:38 remaining in the first half.
