Girls Soccer: Kramer Does the Trick For Holland

Cameron Kramer confessed that she isn’t usually the one her team calls upon to score. But it sure felt good to step up when it was needed.

Kramer’s hat trick was the difference maker as the Lady Dutchmen blanked the Lady Warriors 4-0 in their ECIC IV game that was played at Clinton H. Small Stadium, Wednesday night.

Kramer’s first goal came with seven minutes left in the first half to give Holland a 2-0 lead.

Kramer would add two more in the second half.

“Not really. I guess it’s just this game,” Kramer said of her unexpected  offensive explosion. “It makes me excited to score.”

Jayna Galley’s goal stood as the game winner, while Madie Perry earned the shutout.

The Warriors created chances, but they didn’t have the finish the Lady Dutchmen had.

“I think they are coming together like they should be,” said Holland coach Nikki Calmes.
