2018 Varsity Record: 6-12

Key players returning: Matt Raiff (Sr. OF, All-Catholic in 2018), Rob Maulucci (Sr. C/INF/RHP), Cam Bauer (Jr. SS/RHP), Billy Locke (Jr. RHP/3B), Cam Ricotta (Jr. INF/RHP), Pat Berdysiak (So. OF/INF/RHP)

New players to watch out for: Junior Billy Locke returns to the pitching staff after a serious knee injury limited his time in 2018. We have several freshman who will make an impact this year including Ryan McCarthy (1B/RHP), Jackson de Riszner (INF/OF/RHP), Matt Alberti (INF/OF), Luke Blandino (C/RHP), and Joe Blackley (OF).

Key losses due to graduation: The big loss is Ryan Peterson (1B/LHP) who is now at NCCC. His leadership and presence on the mound and in the lineup will be missed but we have more depth than we’ve had in recent years. TJ Banaszak and Cavan Derrigan were also solid contributors that will be missed.

Any additional information: With 6 returning starters and several freshman who can play, we expect to compete in every game. The future is bright with a strong freshman class coming in next year as well.
